About Blake Richardson
As an Upgrade Engagement Owner at Oracle, I lead end-to-end software upgrade projects for healthcare clients. Over the past 7 years, I’ve successfully delivered numerous upgrades on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. My expertise includes coordinating teams, managing critical timelines, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement within the Upgrade Center.My core competencies include coordinating and driving weekly meetings with clients and Oracle teams, managing the timeline and the critical path tasks, driving the issue resolution process, and planning, executing, and supporting the production upgrade event. I also work on closing the loop on broad-impact issues and continually improving the Upgrade Center processes. In addition to my work at Oracle, I serve as a volunteer chapter leader for the Kansas City Military Affiliated Veteran Employee Network (MAVEN) employee resource group. In this role, I support veterans, transitioning service members, and local organizations dedicated to serving our military and veteran communities.I am the founder and president of Help Our Heroes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by veterans, service members, first responders, caregivers, and their families. Our mission: raise awareness, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate with legislators, community leaders, and advocacy groups to advance access to evidence-based resources, treatments, and therapies.
