As a key member of the Company’s finance function, I often contribute and lead discussions with key stakeholders and board members.• Created a 26-week cash forecast for a $500M home building supply and hardware retailer to address over-advances and restore liquidity. Also developed strategies that improved the collectability of ineligible accounts receivable, reducing ineligible A/R by 20% as a percentage of gross A/R.• Developed the excel model training workbook that Novo Advisors uses to onboard new hires, aiding in the junior staff’s learning & growth.
