Blake Jones is a Toronto-based analyst in the Antitrust and Competition Policy practice at NERA. He applies microeconomic theory, statistical and econometric analysis to model firm behavior and market outcomes. His work addresses the competitive effects of mergers and acquisitions and business conduct raised in the context of government and regulatory investigations. He also conducts quantitative analyses to support expert testimony in the context of Antitrust litigation. Mr. Jones has experience evaluating the competitive effects of mergers and acquisitions across various industries, including natural gas, banking, fintech, alcohol, chain restaurants, steel, and automobiles.
