The company was built from the ground up, starting with the development of a business plan and the acquisition of necessary licenses and permits.Once the business was established, I was responsible for all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, financial management, and customer service. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the inner workings of a business, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.The company serves the Hartford County area and surrounding areas, and has experienced steady growth since its inception. It has been a challenging and rewarding experience, and has allowed me to develop strong leadership, management, and entrepreneurial skills.
