I really got my opportunity at Redwood when I was approached to assist in a BITA(BlockChain In Transportation Alliance)/ FreightWaves presentation. This presentation was designed and written in less than 2 months. I was able to design, and code the entire backend and a private serverless API blockchain intended for B2B and audit history. Being a founding member of RedwoodConnect it was and is such a great opportunity for many new experiences. From design sessions, working with multiple teams, aligning with the business on what would be most important to business and users perspective.RedwoodConnect is now the integration platform for the entire business.    As an Innovation Engineer I am always looking for new and more efficient ways to process B2B integrations. Architect and developer of Redwood\'s - RedwoodConnect and LPASS solution. RedwoodConnect is our flagship drag and drop web based, API driven, and running 100% serverless front and backend.As an architect and developer played a key rolein bringing the vision from whiteboard to internal production in a year starting with a 4 person team growing to over 20 in that timeframe. Managing a team of developers prioritizing tasks, sprints and business needs in an agile environment.Specializing in serverless architecture, AWS, nodejs has lended it self useful to quickly develop, test, gathering reports, and analyze solutionsquickly to keep the project on schedule. R&D various software, workflow, tools quickly identifying if a solution or project is worth pursuing. In a week was able to POC, architect, writeup, test a new MFT solution that was formalized and in production for almost 3 years.
