About Blake Janover

Blake Janover is an entrepreneur and public-company executive and director who has served as a principal in two U.S. IPOs — one on the Nasdaq as founder and CEO, and one on the New York Stock Exchange as a founding board member — overseeing billions of dollars in capital formation across real estate, fintech, digital assets, and nuclear energy. He co-architected the transaction that resulted in one of the top-performing Nasdaq-listed stocks of 2025. He currently serves on the boards of DeFi Development Corporation (Nasdaq: DFDV) and Deep Fission, Inc, an advanced nuclear energy company selected for the U.S. Department of Energy\'s Reactor Pilot Program. He most recently served on the Founding Board of Directors of Soulpower Acqusition Corp (NYSE: SOUL) from January 2025 - April 2026 through the announcing of their $8B business combination. Mr. Janover is a Harvard Business School alumnus (OPM 60) and an active board member of the Young Presidents\' Organization (YPO). He is also a NATSEC Fellow at the National War College Alumni Association, where his work focuses on artificial intelligence at the intersection of private-sector innovation and national security, as well as U.S-Israel strategic interests — informed by generations of family history in the region and deep engagement with Israel\'s entrepreneurship and technology ecosystem, including as a guest lecturer and mentor at Reichman University\'s Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
