Assist in managing the pre-hire process, including coordinating applicant communications, conducting recruitment calls, overseeing fingerprinting processes at schools, and reviewing background check results to ensure compliance and readiness-Manage the onboarding process across 10 schools, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and alignment with organizational standards-Prepare, organize, and maintain critical documentation in support of state audits and regulatory requirements-Gain immersive exposure to the full-cycle recruitment process, while observing key post-hire procedures and onboarding workflows-Contribute to new hire orientations and play an active role in employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention-Support the creation and maintenance of school calendar data, while learning the fundamentals of stipend tracking and compensation management, including processing stipends for teachers attending professional development summits.
