ABOUT BLAKE DAVIDSON

Blake Davidson is a Managing Director with EBSCO Capital. His responsibilities include day-to-day management of EBSCO Capital. EBSCO Capital is tasked with successfully sourcing, underwriting, closing, and growing new platform businesses along with supporting add-on acquisitions across EBSCO’s businesses. Prior to joining EBSCO Capital, Blake was a member of the Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions team at Regions Financial Corporation, one of the nation’s largest full-service banks, where he assisted in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating and structuring transactions, and conducting and managing due diligence efforts. Blake also draws on the strong accounting background he developed in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and as an Audit Committee Member of a large, privately held company. Blake’s educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the Brock School of Business at Samford University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is also certified in Lean Six Sigma practices. Blake, his wife (Devon) and their three kids reside in Homewood, AL where they enjoy Atlanta Braves baseball, youth sporting events, and anything else outside!
