My responsibilities include: • Credit Package Preparation – Conduct in-depth financial analysis, assess creditworthiness, and prepare comprehensive credit packages for new and existing borrowers. • Agricultural & Commercial Loan Analysis – Evaluate agricultural loans, revolving lines of credit (RLOCs), government-guaranteed loans (GLOCs), and other commercial lending products to ensure sound lending decisions. • Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loans – Analyze financing opportunities for income-producing and owner-occupied real estate, assessing property cash flows, loan structures, and market conditions. • Risk Assessment & Underwriting – Review borrower financials, tax returns, cash flow projections, and collateral to assess risk and structure appropriate financing solutions. • Loan Committee Participation – Present findings and recommendations to senior management and attend loan committee meetings, contributing to discussions on credit decisions and risk management. • Portfolio Management & Monitoring – Assist in the ongoing monitoring of loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with loan terms and proactively identifying potential risks. • Industry & Market Research – Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that impact lending, particularly within the agriculture and commercial real estate sectors.This role provides me with a strong foundation in commercial credit, allowing me to work closely with experienced lenders to support businesses, real estate investors, and agricultural operations in our community.
