The people we work with make a huge difference in our day to day and I joined Amdocs to work with some great people! What I learned soon after joining was that it wasn’t just the people that I already knew, but the Amdocs culture and the leadership’s focus on creating an environment where employees can thrive was something special!My story at Amdocs is still being written, however I started as a Talent Acquisition Partner owning recruitment for the AT & T Org in North America. I built partnerships with some amazing HR and operations stakeholders and in just over a year was the primary TA responsible in 205 Internal/External hires completed. Following the progression of one of our awesome TA Team Leads to an HR role, an opportunity opened for me to lead the Sourcing Team for North America which I was excited to take on! With up to 15 direct reports spread across the US, Canada and Mexico working virtually I implemented a sourcing strategy that split the support into 5 teams running weekly sprints with each. The small teams facilitated open collaboration, trust and accountability and together the North America TA team was able to far exceed the forecasted hires for the year.As the Talent Market continues to evolve in 2023 and the complexity of attracting talent increases while the technology we use to source and engage with Talent improves, Amdocs has given me another opportunity to grow and take a lead role in addressing these complexities as the Global Sourcing CoE Manager. I will be participating in the design and implementation of new CRM/ AI system capabilities, while establishing a globally aligned sourcing center of excellence, and leading a small global team of Talent Attraction Specialists to engage with a strategically targeted external talent market.
