I\'ve spent 14 years inside MedTech commercial teams — from building the go-to-market function at a startup with no playbook, to launching a flagship product at Philips, to running marketing for one of the most competitive device categories in the industry at J&J Electrophysiology.That path taught me something most marketing leaders don\'t get to learn: what works when you have no budget, no brand, and no team — and what works when you have all three.Right now, I lead downstream marketing for J&J\'s Electrophysiology portfolio, including Varipulse, one of the most closely watched pulsed field ablation platforms in the world. Before that, I was a founding commercial team member at Modulim, where I helped take a novel SFDI imaging technology from concept to commercialization in a market that didn\'t exist yet — growing a new segment opportunity funnel from $800K to $8.5M in under a year.I also run B2E Marketing Consulting, where I work with MedTech companies at the commercial stage who need senior marketing thinking without the full-time overhead.The thread that connects all of it: I\'ve always operated at the intersection of strategy and execution.
