ABOUT BLAISE HITE

I’m transitioning from hands‑on patient care into corporate healthcare roles where I can improve systems, strengthen clinical operations, and support the teams delivering care. My goal is to leverage nearly a decade of frontline experience, MBA training, and a leadership mindset to drive cross-team collaboration, better workflows, and more consistent outcomes across organizations.My healthcare career didn\'t start in a boardroom or behind a desk. It started in a hospital pushing a mop. Working as a janitor and later as a rehab tech gave me a front‑row seat to what patients and care teams really need: someone who listens and communicates clearly, demonstrates consistency, and someone who genuinely cares.Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from PTA school in 2020, I’ve worked in hospital, outpatient, and home health settings, contributing to high‑performing teams. Partially due to my hard work, the outpatient clinic was nominated Best Physical Therapy Clinic three years in a row, and I received Therapy Clinician of the Year in 2023 after joining CenterWell Home Health. Those recognitions matter to me because they reflect the impact we made together, not just what I did alone.I’m completing my MBA to expand my impact in clinical operations, strategy, and provider engagement, with plans to pursue a Doctorate in Health Science within five years. Having worked from the ground up (literally), I’m committed to continuous learning and to making meaningful, system‑level improvements in healthcare.
