I am an accomplished executive, trusted advisor, and committed community leader with a diverse career spanning business, higher education, public affairs, and economic development. Known for my strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and results-driven mindset, I bring a cross-sector perspective shaped by years of experience in corporate, government, and nonprofit environments across multiple states and globally. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Abilene Christian University, I am part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving institutional strategy. I lead the design, execution, and alignment of the university\'s strategic initiatives, ensuring they are integrated with ACU’s mission and vision. In addition to overseeing government relations, I support key initiatives that have a long-term impact on the university and the greater community. My career trajectory includes executive roles in highly recognized companies across sectors. Before joining ACU, I led Sibcy Cline’s Core Service businesses, which span Mortgage, Title, Insurance, Relocation, and Home Services. I have also held roles in corporate communications with Duke Energy and public affairs with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Public service has always been a cornerstone of my career. I served as District Director for U.S. Rep. Jodey Arrington, managing operations and outreach across 15 counties. Now, I continue to apply this civic-minded approach in my community leadership roles in Abilene, Texas. Current service includes: Chair, Abilene Civilian Service Commission (2021–present; Chair since 2024) Trustee, Abilene Independent School District (elected 2024) Board Member, Hendrick Health System Foundation Member, Abilene Regional Growth Alliance I have also served on numerous boards in the Greater Cincinnati area, including REDI Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, where I was recognized as a Top Business Leader Under 40 by Venue magazine. My leadership in the United Way, Boy Scouts of America, and the NKY Forum helped strengthen the community and foster regional growth. In every role, I prioritize building authentic relationships, elevating teams, and advancing missions that have a meaningful impact. Whether in the boardroom, classroom, or public service arena, I am passionate about shaping the future of our communities, with a focus on West Texas and beyond.
