Creates strategic plans for current and future revenue streams, as well as expense management to improve financial results.Responsible for the company\'s financial statements, general ledger, monthly consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, long-range plan, forecasting, internal and external audits, cash management, and league reporting.Responsible for shared services functions including human resources, payroll, accounts payable, technology, and treasury.Manages a team of 50+ Comcast Spectacor employees with additional oversight of corporate payroll and IT department.Standardizes and implements a consistent chart of accounts and the Enterprise Resource Planning System across eight entities within Comcast Spectacor.
