These skills and many more have been learned from my Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration and MBA. I have also been certified in both Lean and Six Sigma disciplines.    Sep 2024 — Present · Uniontown, PA, US

   Administrative leadership for all DI and CV imaging including XR, CT, MRI, Nuclear, US, Mammo, IR, Echo, Cath Lab, EKG, PV and Cardiac Rehab. Accountability for multi-million dollar running budget, including equipment and software upgrades with a 5 year expansion plan into Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI within the community. Radiologist and Physician relations including salary and bonus negotiations. Charges, coding, EPIC builds, adjustments for all credits and debits for all departments. Leading a team of over 120 direct reports, payroll and scheduling conflicts. Member of over 30 committes and task forces within the system. Direct reporting and partnership with the WVU Affinity group for all imaging within the system. Build outs, expansions and upgrades within the departments to offer additional exams within the community.
