ABOUT BLAIR LATHAM TAYLOR

Product leader with 10+ years of experience building, optimizing, and scaling consumer-facing and B2B products, leading cross-functional agile teams, defining cross-team product strategies, and managing Product Managers. I am particularly experienced in 2-sided (B2B2C) marketplaces that serve two different groups of end-users (LivingSocial, WeddingWire - now part of The Knot WorldWide, and Niche). I also have experience with e-commerce, custom manufacturing, and retail (Framebridge). The majority of my career has been spent at high-growth stage companies, at which both our product strategy and processes have been evolving in real-time. I am currently the Director of Product at Niche.com, where I am the Product Management lead for Niche Direct Admissions: an innovative program that simplifies the college admissions process by enabling high school seniors to get accepted to participating colleges without formally applying. I manage a team of three Product Managers and oversee product strategy and operational health for three cross-platform agile teams. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three young children, cooking, practicing yoga, and traveling (when I can manage to get away!).
