As The Center’s website manager, I fully manage gaycenter.org, ensuring a fast, reliable, and engaging experience for millions of visitors each year. I ensure the site remains secure, accessible, and optimized, overseeing everything from hosting and technical administration to large-scale content updates and SEO overhauls. I manage the site’s infrastructure and integrations, maintain high standards of security and accessibility, and lead continuous optimization efforts through Lighthouse & GA4 audits, storage and bandwidth improvements, and user experience enhancements. At the same time, I oversee functionality across hundreds of pages that support The Center’s programs, advocacy, fundraising, and community resources.Beyond website management, I administer The Center’s Salesforce-connected web ecosystem, and ensure these systems function smoothly across the website. This includes managing integrations with Pardot for marketing automation, Blackthorn for event and calendar publishing, and GoMeddo for scheduling.
