I am excited to announce that I have taken on a new role as the Business Development Manager for National Accounts & Host Agencies with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). In this role, I look forward to leveraging my experience and skills to drive business development and create impactful partnerships with our national accounts and host agencies.Over the past 8 years with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, I have held three key roles, each contributing to my extensive experience in the luxury travel industry. Starting as a Luxury Cruise Specialist, then advancing to Reservations Supervisor, and ultimately serving as the Manager of Training, I have developed skills in social networking, administration, and travel planning. I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests and empowering our staff, and I am confident in my expertise in this industry.I hold a BBA in Marketing from the University of Miami, where I earned a full four-year scholarship to play volleyball. I also have an MBA in International Business from Florida International University. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, and I value education to enhance my professional and personal growth. Additionally, I am a servant leader at Metro Life Church in South Florida, where I volunteer and contribute to the community.
