ABOUT BLAIRE ROWE RAKOWICZ

You know what just fires me up? Digging deeply into complex problems and solving them with forward-thinking solutions. I love creating, scaling and automating strategic initiatives to achieve client goals. To accomplish this, I focus on data-driven results, collaborate with diverse teams, and stay in touch with trends within the intersection of finance and strategy. Boiling down to the fact that I thrive in constant learning. But who am I? Below is the jist of who I am and what I do.‍ For starters, I am Blaire Rowe. I have worn multiple hats in the world of finance. I have been a banker on the private side, an equity saleswoman on the public side, and a global capital strategist smack dab in the middle. Wearing these multiple hats have allowed me to start achieving my goal of being an SME in finance and strategy so that I can lead effectively and confidently. Ultimately, I aspire to help companies develop creative action plans to become first movers, shakers, or interrupters. Secondly, I am a creative! I love to design, market, and depict engaging stories with the data I’ve queried. I am my happiest when I work within the intersection of my passion for numbers and my love of creation. I constantly seek creative outlets including becoming a marketing career development liaison for Women CleanTech and Sustainability. I’ve also worked as a ghost copywriter and pitch deck creator for startups. Lastly, I am a go-getter! I say “Why stop learning when you don’t have to?” I seek out opportunities to grow my skill sets. Most recently, I taught myself how to use SQL to help startups better understand market trends and customer behaviors in order for them to thrive within their industry.
