I am a cultural curator with a passion for event curation and community. Currently, I\'m a Senior Culture & Engagement Director. I\'m passionate about creating culturally relevant & thoughtful initiatives in the workplace and beyond. I spearhead all cultural efforts for agencies, brands, and in house organizations. For me, the work is not just about being at the cutting edge of the industry, but about fostering a diverse and inclusive community. I care deeply about cultivating an extraordinary internal culture to elevate the team, our community, and attract premier opportunities and talent.Outside of Dagger, I most recently worked with GLWD, Luxfordable Travel, Zerina Akers, and BlackOwnedEverything. I act as the liaison between nonprofits and internal teams for any philanthropic efforts. I represent my clients on diverse platforms via public speaking, hosting, career coaching, and moderating.I make recommendations and ideate ways to authentically attract diverse talent, as well as create new policies and actions around DEI. I curate programming that nurtures internal morale amongst employees. I also stand up partnerships between my clients and different brands for internal & external activations.Born in the nation’s capital, I tapped into my natural propensity for service and developed productive and meaningful relationships in guest services for ten Kimpton Hotels in Greater Washington D.C, After that, I moved upward to coordinate sales in that territory and work closely with national government and entertainment clients.
