I serve all of Nashville and its surrounding counties, although I specialize in Williamson and Davidson counties. I have completed over 500 hours of education and received the Greater Nashville Realtors Education Achievement Award, GNR Lifetime Member of Awards of Excellence award, among countless others. In addition, Blair’s designations are Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, ePro and Master Graduate Realtor Institute. Most recently selling over Blair was honored at the 2022 GNR Awards banquet with their Diamond designation.Blair has moved from Forest Hills to Brentwood to where she now resides on the west side of Williamson County with her husband Tim, youngest son, Barrett, and dog, Leia. Their other children, ages 31, 28, and 24 live from Vancouver to Phoenix and as near as Atlanta. Blair enjoys all things social, and when not selling homes, she is a regular at local non-profit events, friends’ parties, church events and then her favorite- watching her son, Barrett play hockey.
