I am a keen technology people leader with focus on individual\'s development and thoroughly enjoy watching others achieve their goals. I am currently leading a team of 14 software engineers of various levels from Principle to Apprentice engineers within the Archives Technology and Services division of the BBC. The team operates in full stack with engineers completing both front and back end tasks.Retraining and taking a change in career as a broadcast engineer for the BBC, I then became a team leader and found my passion for technology and people combined.
