Class certification was denied in the district court and the denial was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.Currently represents landowners across Louisiana against some of the industry’s largest oil and gas operators for extensive land loss and groundwater contamination caused by those operators.Currently represents investors from across the country against broker-dealers and financial advisers in a range of securities fraud disputes in federal court and FINRA arbitration.Currently represents Wallace C. Drennan, Inc. in a multi-million dollar public bid law dispute against the New Orleans Sewage and Water Board.
