   Led post-acquisition integration of Ten-X analytics into CoStar’s enterprise framework; unified KPI definitions, governance, and certified datasets. This ended “dueling numbers” and accelerated leadership decisions.• Took on analytics for LoopNet (~12M monthly visitors): mapped visitor → search → listing view → contact funnels, built retention cohorts, and ran weekly experiment readouts. Paired this with a light live-ops cadence (alerts, weekly health checks, anomaly reviews) to enable same-week diagnosis and mitigation of traffic or conversion shifts.• Operated as a player-coach: hired and mentored analysts/engineers, set code/PR standards and modeling conventions, and personally shipped high-impact dashboards when speed or quality mattered most. Codifying Git/PR and modeling practices cut maintenance ~50% and reduced regressions across shared datasets.• Implemented centralized intake with SLAs, triage, and sprint planning. Improved predictability and stakeholder satisfaction for both ad hoc and roadmap work.• Built feature pipelines and daily scoring jobs (Delta tables) with drift monitoring and a retraining cadence; ran holdouts and weekly readouts with Sales Ops/Marketing to tune thresholds to capacity and SLAs.
