   In this role I held primary responsibility for the \'future\'​ of Block by Block, which entails two very different functions. First, in this position I was responsible for developing new customer relationships or to put it simply - selling Block by Block\'s services across the country. I work to create unique marketing strategies and messages to reach both broad and narrow audiences. Once we\'re engaged I use operational expertise to evaluate potential districts to understand their street level issues and then develop an operating plan and strategies to address the identified concerns. Second, I oversaw the development of our product and infrastructure. This includes identifying areas that will improve our organization or service to customers. My team of Project Managers and I are responsible for all aspects of training, technology, succession planning, leadership development, safety and development of metrics just to name a few.As a $50 million company we\'re kept busy taking care of customers and further supporting our growing operations and employees in the field.
