Owned and operated independent analytical laboratory focusing on microbiology, nutrition and water analysis. Consultant and Technical Director to several food manufacturing operations in the UK. Consultant to one of the UK\'s top universities on environmental/industrial interfacing on waste/wastewater treatment. I use experience, knowledge and a good network of similar people to provide solutions to waste and waste water treatment issues in food manufacture and allied industries.
