I\'m a licensed Attorney with over twelve years of experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing vendor, commercial, licensing, software, SaaS, fleet and general purpose agreements to meet a company’s global contractual needs. While much of my career has been spent on the commercial contract side, I also have experience on the M&A side where I have been lead counsel on deals. I have experience working for public company employing more than employees globally and working in a high volume environment and prioritizing work loads. When negotiating agreements, I pride myself on being proactive and working to ensure our agreements are in accordance with applicable legal requirements, internal corporate policies and processes. I value working across departments to collaborate with key business leaders to further negotiations and advance business needs in a timely and efficient manner. My experience has helped me become a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player that can be relied on to see a task through the finish.
