Execute on a variety of team, league and stadium partnership agreements• Manage white glove, exclusive events for various partners, including luxury brands such as Porsche• Conduct weekly check-in meetings with multiple partners totaling approximately $4 million in revenue• Become an expert in client business objectives and KPIs• Utilize this expertise in tandem with insights driven processes to develop more precise renewal proposals and real-time asset pivots• Manage partner renewal and analytics process by developing & presenting recaps and mid-season stats• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing and social content fits partner objectives as well as goals of the Los Angeles Rams• Assist in the development of marketing plans and Term Sheets for client renewals and asset swaps/spend increases on new assets to further reach partner goals• Manage gameday partner activations and non-gameday partner events as needed• Execute on client media plans with pre-season television and radio spots• Execute first of its kind content and gameday sponsorships with the Nickelodeon Christmas Day game in 2022• Manage asset bonusing and partner integration/costs against deal margins to produce the best KPIs for partners, and maintain a steady revenue stream for the organization• Oversee new employees and assist in organizational training for all new hires to the Partnership Management team• Provide “white glove” service to partners, clients and partnership prospects in the exclusive luxury environment of SoFi Stadium and the greater Los Angeles area• Act as liaison between the community team and partnership management team for successful implementation of the Girls’ Flag Jamboree, affecting high school aged girls across Southern California
