We acquire equity in companies using LBO/MBO-type transactions by leveraging our partners’ equity capital with mezzanine/unitranche funds facilitated thru our financial partner, a Wall St investment bank that’s a prominent NYSE-member and has been a clearing house/underwriter since 1925. We are interested in larger companies with a minimum of $3M EBITDA, that have strong management teams, are in fragmented industries, and have balance sheets and P&L’s that are high in assets and cash flow.
