ABOUT BLAINE MCLAUGHLIN
I am a trained experimental physicist with over 4 years of experience with the nanophotonics group in IQST at the University of Calgary. My research has been focused mainly on nonlinear photonics, as well as on integrated photonics in silicon and diamond. I am always interested in taking on new challenges in the photonics industry, particularly those pertaining to quantum computing and information. Programming skills include MATLAB, Python (including Numpy, pyMEEP, QuTiP), LabVIEW, Lumerical suite (including FDTD, FME and INTERCONNECT), Adobe Illustrator, LaTeX.
