Recruited to build SmartPM\'s first L&D function from scratch during a period of rapid SaaS growth. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Go To Market teams, and the C-Suite to design and scale a modern learning ecosystem serving internal teams and external customers- Architected SmartPM Academy, a scalable learning ecosystem built on Absorb LMS, integrating structured onboarding, microlearning paths, and a tiered customer certification program covering scheduling and project controls. Tier 1 is currently piloting as customer bootcamp prework, with Tiers 2 and 3 in development as accredited, CEU-eligible credentials- Designed data-driven training journeys aligned with customer maturity and cross-platform analytics (LMS, video engagement, CRM, customer success), reducing onboarding time and improving proficiency benchmarks through continuous feedback loops- Built InsideSmartPM, a company intranet serving as the primary onboarding hub, internal communications center, and resource library, replacing ad hoc Google Drive sharing and establishing a single source of truth across the organization- Partnered with Sales and Business Development to design a bespoke internal sales training curriculum, equipping customer-facing teams with consistent, product-grounded messaging and competitive positioning- Established AI-assisted content development workflows and continuous improvement processes, leveraging analytics and emerging tools to accelerate production, personalize learning experiences, and measure business outcomes.
