Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc. • Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen candidates• Conduct video interviews to verify candidates’ qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; document these interviews• Conduct interview preparations to enhance candidate performance, increase the chance of success, and showcase candidate commitment to the role and organization • Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers• Conduct interview debriefs to enable thorough evaluation of candidates, promote fair decision-making, and support continuous improvement in the hiring process• Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during and after the selection process• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team• Attend client meetings to understand client needs, build relationships, and align expectationsTools Used:• Job Boards: Monster, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter• ATS: Ceipal
