I currently work at Donor Network West, where I maintain a 98% ticket closure rate monthly over the span of 120+ monthly tickets using Service Desk. In addition, I\'ve led security projects as needed, including: JAMF ABM, Keeper Security, and SOPHOS Endpoint Encryption implementation. Previously, I worked as a Threat and Vulnerability Analyst at Splunk, where I leveraged tenable.io to gather, analyze, organize, and map out vulnerability data to the proper remediation team, increasing the security posture of Splunk. I also created and closed over 200 tickets weekly on Jira/Confluence to ensure that all tickets were properly sorted. I gained my IT and cybersecurity skills through the YearUp program in San Francisco, where I achieved the highest overall grade and perfect contract throughout the entirety of the year-long program. I also studied Application/Infrastructure Security at Merritt College, where I was previously on the Dean\'s Honor List and achieved the highest grade in Hacker Techniques, Exploits and Incident Handling course. I even competed in Merritt College\'s NCL Cybersecurity club. Overall, I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for penetration testing/IT security and a track record of success.
