Dive Rescue International provides training, equipment and technical support to public safety dive teams and a variety of rescue, recovery and underwater investigators worldwide, since 1977.Blades Robinson traveled North America as a corporate trainer for nearly ten years and joined the Dive Rescue International Board of Directors in 1993. He assisted in developing and editing the Public Safety Diver, the Public Safety Scuba Instructor, the Dive Rescue 1 and the Dive Rescue 1 Trainer programs.
