   Provide assistance to OIT Management Staff, OIT Project Managers and Project Customers in the initiation, development and implementation of Information Technology related projects.•Track spending plan of funding sources at the portfolio level, adhering to business rules when using funding sources, and monthly reporting of funding.•Maintain all schedules/calendars for assigned projects and assists the Project Manager in preparation, organization, setting agenda, developing schedules, managing project budgets, taking notes and minutes, developing action items, and general follow up of project meetings.•Advise on critical path analysis, dependency analysis, project issues management, and project communications to all levels of the organization.•Develop, maintain, review and monitor project documents and deliverables.•Support the creation of the fiscal project portfolio plan, update spreadsheet with proposed projects, documents funding requirements and update future fiscal year spreadsheet.•Provide administrative duties to assist in processing of contracts.•Assist Manager with tracking list of IT awards, identifies eligible projects and matches project to awards, tracks parties responsible for award write ups, submits information and tracks whether or not awards are won.•Review purchase requests to ensure quote matches request, adheres to contract terms and conditions, and confirm that it is within plan otherwise works with Manager to determine appropriate funding.
