Prior to my current role, as Engineering Director, I led a team of 60+ engineers and drove 23% growth in high value-added product businesses, building scalable teams and strengthening a culture of innovation, inclusion, and execution excellence.Before Hilti, I spent a significant part of my career at Saint-Gobain, where I progressed from Key Account Manager to Regional leadership, and eventually Segment Manager for High-Performance Glass in India.
