I\'ve spent nearly 30 years helping manufacturers and distributors sell better online. In 2008 I founded Schools In, a K-12 educational furniture e-commerce business serving public and private schools across the country. We\'ve built a specialized catalog, deep manufacturer relationships, and a purchasing experience designed around how schools actually buy — purchase orders, bid requirements, delivery logistics, and the realities of a school building\'s receiving dock. My focus is on technology, online marketing, email campaigns, and long-term strategic direction; my business partner runs much of the day-to-day. Alongside Schools In, I run Krecom Consulting, a B2B e-commerce, web development, and digital marketing practice I founded in 1997. Krecom works with a specific kind of company: manufacturers and distributors who need to modernize how they sell — better websites, cleaner data, smarter integrations, and marketing that actually produces pipeline. Current work spans industrial and scientific supply, specialty automotive and performance parts, building products and construction supply, and B2B distribution across a range of other verticals. A few things I\'ve been focused on lately: • Commercializing shipping and freight technology we originally built for Schools In as a product for other dealers and distributors• AI-assisted product content pipelines for catalogs with thousands of SKUs• ERP evaluation and integration work for mid-market manufacturers• CRM-driven sales acceleration and customer re-engagement programs I\'m also on the Strategic Planning Committee at Linden Grove School in Cincinnati, a K-8 school for neurodivergent learners, where I\'ve been helping with their capital campaign and scholarship policy work.
