I\'ve been fortunate to have played a part in India\'s journey towards renewable energy and power sustainability. Beginning my career with India\'s largest energy conglomerate, NTPC, a Maharatna PSU. I’ve had the opportunity to explore both renewable and non-renewable power generation. It’s my firm belief that the future will be largely lead by renewable energy, which has lead me to be an early-adopter and one of India’s first Renewable Energy Experts since 2004. In just the last decade, my team\'s efforts have directly contributed to over MW of commissioned Renewable Energy Projects and another MW under development, with a goal to reach MW by 2032. As a domain expert, I had the opportunity to advocate for renewable energy with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India (GoI) in the National Solar Mission policy formulation and implementation in the country. Further, I have personally trained and mentored over 500 engineers and managers to create awareness and contribute to this collective mission of building a sustainable future. After retirement from NTPC, took up Technical Audit of Solar Power Plant as freelance service. Further, I am associated with NTPC Consultancy for providing engineering support for Solar Projects
