Within 90 days, scope expanded to 3 processing plants and 3 transfer stations. The region now includes 3 plants and 4 transfer stations, with 2 additional plants under construction, 1 plant relocation underway, and a major plant expansion in progress.Hold full regional P&L responsibility including annual budget development, capital planning, labor modeling, cost control, margin performance, and infrastructure forecasting at both site and regional levels.
