About Brendan Karsch

Hello! My name is Brendan Karsch, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor with a degree in Sport Management. As an Operations Intern at Valiant Sport Management Group, I played a crucial role in facilitating NIL deals for Michigan student-athletes, contributing to their success both on and off the field. Additionally, my time as a Showcase Intern at Prep Baseball Report honed my skills in event coordination and management. At Hail! Impact, a nonprofit organization focused on providing NIL opportunities through charitable engagements, I further honed my abilities to navigate the intersection of sports, business, and social impact. Beyond my academics, I was a part of the Michigan Club Baseball team and walked on to the Varsity team for one semester. As a campaign intern for Felicia Brabec, I played a key role in operating a successful Michigan House of Representatives campaign. Furthermore, I dedicated my summers to coaching baseball for my former travel program, instilling leadership and teamwork values in young athletes. My college courses have sparked my passion for marketing, management, economics, and sales. I am eager to explore opportunities and expand my skill set within the sports world. I love working in collaborative environments where different perspectives come together to achieve common goals. I am enthusiastic about the idea of contributing my skills and experiences to innovative companies in a sales or marketing role. However, I am always open to working outside of my current interests, as I am committed to continuous learning and growth. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime, and I look forward to connecting with you!
