I bring a unique blend of private-sector business acumen and over 20 years of military leadership to every challenge I take on.In my current role as a Facility Maintenance Executive with Divisions Maintenance Group, I partner with national brands to deliver scalable, data-driven facility solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce risk across large real estate portfolios. I’ve built strong client relationships at the executive level, driving multi-million-dollar contract renewals and double-digit growth through consultative, value-first engagements. My passion lies in solving complex problems, aligning cross-functional teams, and consistently delivering measurable outcomes that move the needle for my clients.Simultaneously, I proudly serve in the Ohio Air National Guard — most recently as Superintendent of Radio Frequency Transmission Systems for the 269th Combat Communications Squadron. I oversee more than $11 million in communications infrastructure and lead mission-critical teams to maintain readiness for both domestic and global operations. Prior to this, I spent 8 years as First Sergeant, where I led enlisted force development, morale, and resilience initiatives for over 100 Airmen. These experiences sharpened my ability to lead in high-pressure environments, manage risk, and build resilient teams.Whether in business or uniform, I lead with integrity, accountability, and a clear focus on results.
