I am a senior software engineer with 6+ years of experience working in software engineering and web development, mainly with growth-stage SaaS businesses whose missions focus on social good. As a fullstack product engineer, I enjoy leveraging my skills across frontend and backend systems to solve problems and ship new features.My strength lies in taking the time to understand a problem space and existing systems, then using that understanding to develop and deploy clean and thoughtfully integrated solutions. I like to say that my favorite code is the code I never write-in other words, the times I\'ve successfully deconstructed the system well enough to be able to identify a one-line change or simple refactor to achieve the desired outcome, saving the time and maintenance burden that comes from stitching more new code onto a poorly understood system.I also believe in the value of execution, delivery, and getting sh*t done. I\'m happy to be put to work where the business needs it, and learn or figure out whatever I need to in order to get work shipped.
