Bjorn Malmlund

Bjorn is a forensic accounting expert with over 35 years of experience. He currently leads EY\'s Americas Dispute practice and has extensive experience serving in a consulting/expert/neutral role in a wide variety of dispute matters and forums, including state and federal courts, arbitrations, and purchase price disputes. Bjorn also assists clients in connection with insurance claims and disaster recovery work. Mr. Malmlund also has extensive experience with internal corporate investigations, FCPA and other compliance related matters, funds tracing and other forensic accounting engagements. Mr. Malmlund is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in the State of California), Certified in Financial Forensics (“CFF”) and Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”).
