ABOUT BJORN BORGERS P. ENG
As an engineer and project manager of both consumer goods and industrial equipment projects, I\'m a strong communicator, am able to creatively iterate on new problems, and naturally take the lead on projects to drive them towards the end goal. I pride myself on taking initiative and thinking analytically when it comes to new challenges; I particularly thrive when there is no set path or previous solution to lean on, working with key stakeholders to build a plan, and execute or pivot on it as needed. I strongly believe that great ideas rarely form in a silo, and therefore really enjoy working with diverse opinions to get to the best solutions. I have a particular interest in innovation and business strategy, which I continue to develop outside of work. I particularly enjoy learning about disruptive innovation theory, design thinking, communication, consumer psychology, solving for customer pain points, and stories of successful businesses.Outside of work, I\'m passionate about outdoor sports, like mountain biking, hiking and skiing. I also enjoy being creative, whether it be through my own photography or industrial design, or exploring art, design and architecture of others.
