ABOUT BRANDON MALONE
Professor Brandon Malone is an experienced arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and expert determiner practising in Edinburgh, London, and internationally. He is an arbitrator with Arbitra International in London. Brandon is a Scottish Advocate with Ampersand Advocates. He is also qualified as a barrister in England and Wales, where he is a door tenant with Quadrant Chambers. He has rights of audience before the DIFC Courts, Dubai. He is a Visiting Professor at Strathclyde Law School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.Brandon was the architect of the Scottish Arbitration Centre and chaired its board from its establishment in 2011 until November 2022. He was Congress Chair of the highly successful ICCA 2022 Congress in Edinburgh. A specialist advocate and commercial arbitrator, he deals with all forms of construction, engineering and energy issues, as well as general commercial domestic and international arbitration.Brandon has extensive experience of advocacy in various courts and tribunals, including the Commercial Court and the Inner House of Scotland\'s Court of Session.Brandon has in depth knowledge of dispute resolution techniques, and considerable experience of sitting as an arbitrator, adjudicator, and expert determiner.
