Manages the development and implementation of all academic programs included in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Methodist University and the United States Armed Forces and all non-credit workforce training programs for active-duty military service members, their family members, and DOD (Department of Defense) civilian employees for Methodist University. Develops, executes, and assesses enrollment management and marketing strategies. Evaluates military transfer credits for service members using Transferology and Training Evaluation System (TES) platforms. Manages university execution and compliance with Department of Defense Voluntary Education Tuition Assistance policies and regulations. Identifies and executes outreach events to include education and transfer fairs, information sessions, community events, and unit briefings to highlight and promote university academic programs and education opportunities. Advises and assists active duty soldiers in preparing applications for the Army\'s ROTC Green to Gold program. Provides strategic direction for Methodist University military programs and non-credit workforce training programs and serve as primary point of contact for external vendors. Manages university participation in My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) military spouse and Army Credentialing programs. Develops and executes department budget IAW university policies.
