I am responsible for providing Quality Management Oversight & Guidance on Global, Regional and LocalBusiness Development and Licensing (BD & L) arrangements across ESO SDZ portfolio includingdata, process and procedures connected to Global, Regional and Local BD & L arrangements in theAPMA region.In this role I Provide direction and strategies to maintain and improve the external supplier quality oversight within External Supplier Organization.In this role I Manage, supports and supervise Third Parties and Licensees with respect to implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems and with regard to provision of adequate resources and performance monitoring.I am responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art knowledge of Health Authority requirements, trends, technologies, processes and systems of External suppliers.I am responsible for Manage/support the resolution of quality and technical problems at Third Parties/Licensees consistent with global cGxP standards.I am responsible for ensuring the Quality Assurance Agreements are created and maintained according to Sandoz requirements, that they are regularly reviewed, updated & followed.I am responsible for ensuring robust review and escalation of critical quality issues arising within the area of responsibility. I am responsible for providing the QA representation on External Supplier Governance Boards and for projects (transfers, launches, due diligence, other) – providing support where needed to ensure compliance with the Quality Manual, and to facilitate issues escalation and resolution-In this role I establish and maintain Liaison with key senior stakeholders across functions & divisions (Global BD, Global Audit & Compliance, Global project management, Global Launch management, Global DD management, Global MS & T & Regulatory affair etc.) for engagement on Supplier Selection, approval & on-boarding process.
