Ridgeway Partners was acquired by Odgers in January 2026. BJ began his search career at a global leadership advisory firm, where he assisted in the execution of senior level searches for the firm’s financial services practice. Concurrently, he served as the Information Services Coordinator and Technology Trainer for the firm’s Boston office. Earlier in his career, he held other recruiting and project management roles at various firms including Shire HGT and Five Star Satellite.BJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.
