I’m an operator at heart, now focused on transforming the associate experience across Sam’s Club. After years in operations, I’ve shifted into club support where I help implement tools, technology, and equipment that make work easier and more meaningful for our associates.I’m known as a problem-solver who people across the organization can count on. Whether it’s improving processes, piloting new technology, or leading through change, I bring a mix of operational know-how and a passion for innovation.Outside of work, I’m a proud girl dad who loves watching my daughters grow into strong, independent young women. That same energy—supporting growth and building confidence—is what fuels how I lead at work, too.
