Created through the cooperative efforts of the Subway® Franchisees, it is a model of what can be achieved through a strategic approach to services, supplies, equipment, logistics, information and supplier relations in a multi-billion dollar food service business. As the Chief Data Strategy and Governance Architect, I am designing and implementing solutions to improve the Data Platform, Processes and Understanding to turn data into reliable, quality information to support the Franchisees and Owner/Operators of Subway Restaurants in the US and Canada.
